Greetings!
Last week, I released Sound Plan, my latest full length instrumental Jazz album. Thank you all who have given it a listen! For those who haven't yet, the music combines Jazz with Psychedelic Rock and Electronic Dance Music (EDM). It is available to stream and download on my music page. The release show will be on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at World Café Live (upstairs).
November is otherwise full of performance preparation - much arranging and rehearsing. Friday's Back to Black: Philly Tribute to Amy Winehouse sold out last week! Not to worry, I'm performing with my own band as well as other artists in November:
Musicians Gathering #23 (Solo) - Sunday, November 19 @ 7:00 PM at Rittenhouse Soundworks (219 West Rittenhouse Street, Philadelphia, PA). I'm debuting my own sextet featuring trumpet through electronics. We'll perform my music from previous, current, and upcoming albums. It's my brand of music consisting of jazz fused with Psychedelic Rock among other influences.
Tree-Lighting Ceremony (York Street Hustle) - Wednesday, November 22 @ 5:00 PM at the Philadelphia Museum of Art (2600 Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Philadelphia, PA). The York Street Hustle is providing the live soundtrack for the lighting of the PMA's tree; kicking off the holiday season. FREE
John Byrne Band: Twangmen Release Show - Saturday, November 25 @ 7:00 PM at Proscenium Theater at The Drake (302 South Hicks Street, Philadelphia, PA). John Byrne produced an album with his dad, John J. Byrne, of Irish Folk songs. We'll perform every song from the record, along with new songs we are preparing for our own eminent 2018 studio release. My sextet will be celebrating the release of Sound Plan by performing music from the album, as well as previous and future releases. My brand of music is jazz fused with Psychedelic Rock, Dub Reggae, and Funk. EVENT

Cat's Pajamas: ALBUM RELEASE SPECTACULAR! - Saturday, December 2 @ 11:00 AM at World Cafe Live Downstairs (3025 Walnut Street, Philadelphia PA). For all the kids, parents and grandparents who've loved the Cat's Pajamas since 1990, here comes KITTEN KABOODLE, the 5th album. EVENT
